2016 Ken®vention Raffle Donation
We're hoping we can rely on your support and generosity to fill
our Caboose Raffle Room with
a dazzling array of dolls, doll fashions, accessories, gift
baskets and unique items! Anything related to our hobby and
other unique and interesting items will be greatly appreciated!
We welcome donations from individuals, clubs, corporations or
any interested group.
Thank you for your generosity!! Deadline for donation forms is September 25, 2016
All items must be received prior to September 25, 2016. Please
include this entire form with your donation. If you plan to
hand-carry your donation to the convention, please bring the
item and turn it in during the scheduled Raffle Room “drop off”
time. Please submit this form by September25, 2016, so we can plan
for your donation.
Please use a separate form for each donated item if the value is
$100 or more.
Smaller items will be combined into “gift” lots or baskets.
2016 Ken®vention Advance Raffle Ticket Purchase
You already know that the Raffle Room will hold some
fabulous gift
items, so why not
pre-purchase tickets prior to Ken®vention? Imagine the
convenience of having your tickets ready for you to pick
up…already pre-printed with your name and Reg # on the
back of the tickets to save you time!
If you miss out on advance purchasing, Raffle tickets
will be available for sale while the Raffle Room is open.
Purchase your
Raffle Tickets in advance by August 30, 2016 and pick up your pre-printed
Raffle Tickets at the scheduled Raffle Room “drop off” times!
Picture identification is required for pick-up of advance Raffle
ticket purchases.
